ModernTailor.com Test Shirt - Fit Recommendations Requested

Hi Everyone - Long time lurker here, first time poster! I recently had my first moderntailor.com shirt made - measurements were based on a MTM shirt I had made by Dave's in Shanghai (not a traveling tailor; was there in person). All in all I am satisfied with the result - although I know a little tweaking is necessary. From the feel perspective, the only area which feels "tight" is the bottom of the "arm pit" when I lift my hands up - I don't know specifically which measurement to increase though to address this issue? Anyways, any and all thoughts/comments are invited! I'm looking for a very fitted look, as otherwise why go MTM?

Also - is it normal on bespoke shirts for that 90 degree angle where the shoulder and sleeve connect to appear when one raises their arms up?

Change measurements as follows:

1. Decrease yoke and shoulder.
2. Increase sleeve length by the same amount + 0.5".
3. Decrease the waist a little.
4. Get a longer/wider collar, this one's ridiculously small.

Thanks for the input - I agree the collar is crazy small, don't know exactly how that happened - must have thought it looked normal while checking out.

Decreasing the yoke and shoulder seems to make sense to address the tightness under the arms. Should I be worried about the pulling across the chest when I raise my arms? (as seen in the tucked-in photo)

It also makes sense, because if you're after a tight slim fit then the shoulder seam should coincide with the little shoulder bone bump and not extend past it.

How often do you stretch your arms out like that? It's either

a) you make it looser and it looks sloppy in normal posture, but doesn't pull when you are impersonating a bear, or
b) leave it as it is

I'd choose b.
