I am going to let you have the last word here and end it as you continue to be very intellectually dishonest, so we'll end up going around in circles. I want to be clear I have no I'll feelings towards you, just your belief system. I hope that if I do ever make it over there or you here, we can be friends and laugh about our differences and discuss clothing and music over some green juice, or a probably a beer in your case.

I was just speaking my mind, not being dishonest in any way, I just come from a very different world than you do. America is a completely foreign kind of society to what i live in. Lets leave it at that

My trusty powder blue vintage deadstock Sears & Roebuck OCBD. Best fitting, well made and most comfortable. It was also dirt cheap and still in it's original packaging.

Used to love Sears & Roebuck ocbd’s and jeans. Wore those as a young skinhead along with the usual gear.

What happened to this thread, by the way? Where's the fashion tips for winter? Duffel coats or peacoats - and if peacoats, what brand?

Not a duffel, nor a peacoat, but these Samsoe & Samsoe 'Bryn Coats' looked flattering and a good length.

I tried on an XXL the other week, but it was still too tight across the chest & shoulders.?

Before I could afford or knew where to get a Ben Sherman and before I could fit into Levi's I would go to Sears and get the Covington button-downs and Canyon River Blues jeans.
I remember on one occasion the Covington shirt actually fooled an older skinhead friend of mine who said nice Ben Sherman. I remember how good I felt I didn't correct him. Lol

Now I wish I remembered the names/models of the Sears stuff I wore— it was always about the look but I was a bit naive about the finer elements. It was the Wild West out there; any older skins just ignored us so we were on our own.

Tell me about it. When I finally did get some nice Ben Sherman's, the same said skinhead conned me out of the best one I had by trading me a Fred Perry referee Polo for it. I was so enamored by the idea of owning a Fred Perry and that little Laurel wreath on my chest that I for some reason thought it was a good trade. It didn't even fit it was too big.
