Those Evvaprest strides have a decent rise on 'em, but the belt loops are less than an inch. They're not joking about ever pressed. 50-odd years old and those creases are lethal.
Also found a pair of new tan polycotton trews for £8/$12.50. They're supposed to be cropped, but 'luckily' I have little legs, so they fit as regular on me.
