MMA and Boxing Guys

I see no point in hurting a friend of mine to something like this. Boxing is exercise and by all means it's a good exercise and it's always good to learn it for coordination of your body and my guess would be that it contributes to a moderate degree of self-defense awareness

sory to disagree but i know of at least one club in england studying classical boxing as they are interested in westerm martial arts, not martial sports, thoug they may not go to the extrem of it, they do teach the classical style. you honeslty expect classicals fencer at the end of training to be dueling?
