    We'll take more input on the buttons up until tonight, but it looks like the black leather buttons is what we are using...

    are leather buttons pretty stiff?

    ive never had leather buttons on a jacket before... just curious

    It'd be the cat's ass if you could wash the buttons a few dozen times to see how they distress. However, I'm almost positive i'll order it either way.

    We are shooting for November sometime. When we decide on the buttons, we are pretty much ready to go. We will make it, take pics of it and then start the ordering process.

    Important The buttons are actually coated nylon, not leather. I saw these on a retail site and they said leather, but then I looked on the manufacturer's site and they are in fact nylon. I still think they look awesome. What do you guys think??

    This is the only 4-hole leather button I can find and it is 3/4" [​IMG]

    Meh. The nylon buttons still look darn good, regardless of what they're made of. Not a big issue to me.

    They also feature the added bonus of satisfying vegans the world over. But you're still cutting this hoodie from the skins of newborn kittens, right?

    Coated nylon will probably be a hell of a lot more durable in the wash, I would expect.
