Hi there,
I'm trying really hard to get some technical advice on how to get the following hairstyle. I am not too worried about the cut, but I am struggling with the highlights and colours.
Ok here is what I have but I know very little about hair so be warned lol, it seems as though the hair to start off with has to be made a warmer brown, as I have seen a picture of him and he has dark brown hair. On top of this is a full head of highlights, the highlight colour appears to be a dirty blonde. Now, here is the tricky bit. I am not sure whether the style has two colours in it which is the warm brown base colour, and dirty blonde highlights, or has three colours in it.
With the three colour method, to get the look in the pictures would it be better to use the dirty blonde highlights and warm brown, but then bleach a few strands of the dirty blonde highlights to make it a lighter blonde? Or should I add another colour onto of the dirty blonde and warm brown, let's say a brown that is 2-3 shades lighter than the baseline warm brown.
I'm really struggling on this, and as a side note I don't really want the hairstyle to appear blocky.
Thanks,
Steve
