That GuyRules site is horrendously awful. I can't believe they've published a book (according to the website).

When sitting down on a seat and you have to suddenly get up for something and you notice that the guy next to you is standing up and will want to take your seat when your out of the room. If you call fives when getting up out of your seat the seat is then protected for 5 minutes. the person who wanted to take the seat may sit in it but he has to be up before the fives caller returns.
Can't say I've ever seen run-on sentence fragments before.
