Minnis 656 Houndstooth Flannel with No Man Walks Alone

Last fall, No Man revived a well-loved but long-gone classic, the Minnis 656 houndstooth flannel:

NMWA is getting some SF-grail Minnis 0656 houndstooth flannel made. We will be using a lot of it for a run of Formosa suits for this fall, but there will be some available for other as well. Here are some pics of the cloth itself:

It would work (with all the caveats around grey sport coats, etc...) but is best as a suit IMO

While this pattern is a fairly dusty grey, it might have further legs if it were explicitly tan.

There is a version that is considered brown on the harrison website-still looks grey but has some brown in it.

Yes, 4m should be enough for a 3 piece, but give your tailor extra fabric to account for human error.
