Since I'm buying more stuff here over the past few months, I need to find a good local tailor.

So two inquiries:

1. Does any know any good tailors in Milwaukee?

2. What is the best way to qualify a tailor? Are there some easy questions I can ask to get a good sense of what qualifications they have?
