Ok so i've been using the auto-elixir for a few years now, and I take gallons of wheatgrass, but I still have acne. WTF? How can I fix this?

That picture is three years old <_<; What's this auto-elixir you speak of? Go see a dermatologist first of all.

Site acne.org is helping me out, pretty simple, too.

Interesting how it's all on the lower half of your face. Do you shave and then scrub the shit outta your face? Are your pillowcases clean?

Try taking 50 MG of Chelated Zinc (here's some from Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/Natures-Bounty...727223&sr=8-2), it shows a lot success with a fair amount of people. You can google for more info, there are a lot of positive reviews on Acne.org.

Other than that, just use a standard Benzoyl Peroxide treatment and a moisturizer, along with a spot treatment.

Just check out acne.org for more info, it's the best resource on the web.

Antibiotics, both oral and topical should help easily. Sometimes its also a diet issue so watch what you eat..

If the vitamins contain potassium iodide they're making your acne worse. Go cold turkey on the vitamins for a few weeks and I bet your skin will improve.
