Michele Olivieri shoe repair question

Hi everyone, i picked up a pair of Michele Olivieri shoes on e-bay recently and found that the back part of the right foot is coming off of the heel. I was wondering if any of you know if this is something that can be fixed for a decent price. It wouldn't be worth it if the price is high. Also, any of you have any information about the brand, i've found a website but that's all. Thanks
