Go to La Casa de las Guayaberas on 8th street right near 57th ave. They do MTM guayaberas. I think the priciest you'll find is around $300-400.

I just happened to come across this thread and googled Jack Chauhan to bring some of my suits for alteration. Unfortunately, it seems that he passed away earlier this year.

Continental Tailoring in N. Miami Beach on 163rd street around 11th Avenue. I think they have changed the owner.... The new owner... well, not recommended. Destroyed my Kiton in 5 seconds

I found several near Lauderdale/palm beach area that can do real working button hole. I have sent my Kiton jacket, also Dalcuore MTM jacket, I will post pictures after all works are done.

Okay after I tried several tailors near fort lauderdale miami area, I would suggest to go to Tailor Shop by Torrez, address: 930 NE 20th Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33304. They are one of the few that still do handmade real working buttonholes. Please see my attached pictures, these buttonholes are done nice and clean.

This is the original one done by Dalcuore, for your reference

I also did the alternation for my two jackets( Kiton and Dalcuore ) and was done nicely too. I recently loose weight and the waist of the jacket become hollow, I was suggesting my way of doing it, but eventually followed her advice. The final result looks good.

Looks great. I imagine they're still around? In bad need of a good tailor in Miami as well.
Cheers
