What do you think of this type of messenger bag?

I really like this, but always feel this type of bag is a little too purse-ish. Anyone agree, or am I overthinking it?

You are over thinking it. I see guys carrying actual purses around here. That looks like a pretty normal messenger with a vertical, instead of horizontal, layout.
