Well, given that we do have a lot of actual lawyers here, I'd like to see what the take on sysdoc's claim is. For some reason, it seems like making the conscious decision to post one's own work on a publicly viewable website constitutes whatever the legal phrase for "letting the cat out of the bag" is, so to speak. It's not like anyone here ever intended to sell his content or pass it off as his own, so I'd honestly like to see what kind of leg he has to stand on. That said, he was definitely a good poster before the drama got started, but this kind of nonsense is just pathetic. If big shot international publishers really think it's all right to behave like spoiled children, then I guess I'm glad I never considered that career avenue.
