Merino Wool Dress shirt fit issues

Hey guys. I'm on my first remake from proper cloth and I'm still having some fit issues. I measured the first one and went into the store for adjustment measurements. It's better than before, but still seems off. Mernino has some shrinkage so this shirt as washed once. To me the sleeves look a bit wide and too long still. I see a little rippling near the sleeve and I'm wondering what I need to tell them to adjust on this.
Thoughts?

It looks too tight across chest and mid-section and the collar looks
very fused- which I do not like.
