Hey guys, i'm new to this board.. here goes for my first thread!

I've been looking around for some fine quality mens shoes which aren't dressed up, example- Paul Smith make some really nice quality shoes, as do Barker.. but they are dressy! Fine if i was going to a wedding but would look out of place for my daytoday wear. I've found MANY quality boot companys.. Red Wing etc.. etc.. but not found any casual shoes which look up to standard.. meaning solid heals and good leather upper. Mephisto however are the closest i've seen when i visited their London shop.

Can you guys point me in the direction of some good shoe makers(hopefully within the UK, so i can try them on for size

) that are more causal then 'dressed' shoes?

Thanks for reading my post
