I realize this thread may make me sound like a crazy person, but I am going to post it anyways. For some reason I have these weird mental blocks that I don't like foods regardless if I have tried them or not. Sushi for example, I just had a piece of sushi and while I think I could get used to the taste for some reason it just makes me gag because I have always told myself I don't like sushi. Anyone have any tips for getting over this notion in my head that I dislike certain foods? Have I lost my marbles?
