Menswear scenes in Beijing and Shanghai

I'm going to be in Beijing and Shanghai this summer. Is there much of a menswear scene there? There's a small chance I'll be able to make it out to Hong Kong, which I know is a great scene, but for the moment I think I may only be able to be around Beijing and Shanghai. Any recommendations for custom clothing or other menswear shopping would be greatly appreciated.
