Similar to www.blacktieguide.com but more related to actual garment styles, Fabric styles and traits etc.

What's wrong with, umm, the site you're on right now?

There is a TON of incredibly rich content here, just spend some time digging around, browsing threads, searching, etc.

not looking for guys bragging about the Brioni jackets or arguing about the what is correct menswear...

I've just started a reference site in the form of a wiki. As it is in its infancy, it's not content rich at the moment nor is the design/layout complete.

Like Ebichuman said, the best source of data on fashion are blogs and forums (specifically this one)... but the information isn't fit for easy consumption. I was hoping to rectify this by organizing it and presenting it with attribution in the form of do-follow links.
