Menswear on Women

How is the above not menswear-inspired? It's a fairly standard coat with tweaked proportions and unconventional breast pocket.

It's not menswear for women, it's sold as menswear and in men's sizes, though obviously that's not to say women can't wear them. The Lemaire stuff for women is like this, which I really think is great but would not have thought appropriate for this thread:

The uniqlo x lemaire? It won't be out until October I believe, but a lot of it might run out soon so it's best to order as soon as it comes out.

Many women go to these type of events with tuxedoes... I liked this one on Jennifer Anniston... pretty sexy... although I think tapper trousers would have look much better than those "bell-bottoms", wouldn't it?

So how do we draw the line between a cleavage baring pantsuit and menswear on women?

The five most recent pictures are clearly (to me at least) menswear influenced rather than actually menswear. Carrie Brownstein's is probably the closest to a man's suit.

I think some women look good in men's wear. But they would definitely look much better in bikinis. / thread . Lol
Jokes aside, women have a lot more variety than men and can get away with a lot more. Personally I like women in cute clothing.
