Looking for good quality mens multivitamins/supplements that are smaller than most and easier to swallow. Any recommendations?

Honestly, stay away from all the GNC multi-pak crap. From most stuff I have read a simple multivitaim (like Men's one-a-day, which is what i take) is just as effective and won't cost you $50 for a month-long supply.

Walmart brand for $4/150. Works for me.

Or try Animal Pak.

At Publix, which I'm assuming you don't have in Texas. 'Greenwise' are the Publix that have a larger organic/health selection.

I've been very happy with Alive multi's. Don't think they're any smaller than a 'normal' vitamn.

I use Alive multis as well. Wanted to start taking New Chapter's every man's one daily organic whole food multi. Freaking mouthful.
