Wouldn't this be more useful discussing what things one should look for in a multivitamin?

IE: I see many advertised as "no iron" .. is iron bad?

Tell me about NOW Adam. What's that one like?

I use Men's Health Pro Edge. I like the image of the runner on the bottle. It wakes me up.

I personally use whatever the generic brand is in the pharmacies - in my opinion, they all basically serve the same purpose. Example of a slightly higher end MV: http://www.coopercomplete.com/ (Try The Basic One).

My father recently mentioned to me his doctor recommended he start a daily multivitamin. Doctor told him to his face that Flinstones works just as well as all the other more expensive stuff.

Naturally, he went with centrum, and then six months later switched to flinstones. Said he couldn't recognize any difference at all, and if anything was feeling better.

Generally speaking men don't need to supplement iron while women do, which is why that distinction is clearly on a lot of men's multis.

I've been using a Kirkland (costco brand) "pak" multi that I assume is playing off of Animal Pak's format. As far as I can tell its formulation is fine, and it goes down easy enough.
