    For those of you brave enough to try a boater, and are buying online, do size down from your normal hat size unless you've got an odd shapedd head. They sit very high up and you'll generally want to size down 1 to 2 sizes.

    I remember that one it was on my watch list it went over 100.00 dollars nice one. A had my on a pair of Knox panamas that picked up for 65.00 dollars in the same style.

    Yes, it was more than I wanted to spend, but I really wanted a vintage panama, and not many come along in my size. Having received it, it's as nice as I would have hoped. I'll probably hold on to it and see if I get used to the brim size over time.
