Were these purchased from meermin direct? Or off eBay?

If from meermin, just another example of their trash QC process. It's why I will only buy from their eBay store, so you can see what you're getting (though I no longer purchase this brand).

Was thinking the same as you to buy only from ebay. At least I am aware of the defects.

If it's defective just return it and ask for an exchange. I always ask them to use paypal (option is only on eu website but you can ask to pay with it on the us store) so that I cover ******. Paypal is very good at protecting customers, pays for return shipping, etc.

Hello all, any sizing advice for the new Jim last? I spoke to a rep at Meermin’s LA trunkshow that said he sized down .5 from Hiro, but just thought I’d see if there were any other opinions.

I got some in the same size as my Eltons and was very happy with them.

Bought a pair of navy oxfords from Meermin during their thanksgiving free shipping deal. Opened the box this morning, there is some wear on the back of the heel and the leather on the insole is not fully attached to the sole. This was the last pair of this colour and last. Should I bother to return these?

One option is to simply keep them and apply saphir navy blue shoe cream to hide the scuffs in the back.

This kind of crap puts me off them as a brand. Will most likely have no stock to send as was an mto.
