Finally the custom loafer event drops ... although I was hoping for the regular round toed loafer not the unlined version.
Is there anywhere I can see pictures of shoes made up in some of the more exotic colours like denim blue French grain calf and green French grain calf. The sample pics from which to choose on the website look very bright but I’d like to see what they look like in made up shoes before making a choice. Thanks!

Hello Crafty, can you share more information? I am looking for a chelsea boot with 360 welt. I own a pair of RM Williams Stockyard and have been looking for a Gardener with 360 welt but it seams to be an unicorn.

I have a Gardener I think. Not a popular model. I got a waxed suede version...was on sale but not sure if anywhere have them...

I was able to try on their unlined loafers at a trunk show and for some reason, the fit is different regardless of it being the same size and last.

I wear 9 UK in hiro and 8.5 UK for rois. The rois loafer I have is the wholecut unlined loafer and fits a bit roomier than my 9UK hiro, but I imagine it's due to it being unlined.

roomier how? instep? width? length? i've got what i think is a slightly higher than usual instep, but not too high, and wide feet. so 10UK hiro fits pretty well but could be a bit wider. i also have some carmina string loafers on uetam that are nearly perfect in 10UK except the instep is just a little bit too low. i think if i could size up that whole shoe about .2 sizes it would be perfect...

It’s a similar fit to hiro, I think the instep may be a tad bigger than Hiro. Again, my pair is unlined which attributes the roominess I mentioned. I should mention I love a snug and secure fit for my loafers. I’m sure if my pair was lined, it wouldn’t feel roomy. I wouldn’t hesitate to get another shoe in the Rois last in 8.5 UK.

I definitely wouldn’t go same size as hiro since it would definitely be too long and there would be too much room in the instep. Despite its shape, .5 size down is the way to go especially if you’re going for an unlined loafer.

Rois: 8.5UK

I have a question about the shell shoes I received from meermin. The left shoes creases perfectly to line up to my metatarsal point, but the right shoe does not, when i tried it, it self crease just below the cap toe that creates a fold, when I walk it scrape against my ball joint.

Left shoe is a big crease across the ball joint, but right is creasing all over the place

Is this normal?

Also the inside of my right shoe is burnt? I can feel craters near the toe area.
