Cigar cordovan arrived today on JR soles. Quick glance over finds these to have no QC issues that I could see. Not tried on yet as hot here today...

I take same size Hok as Trickers 4497s, Loake and Crocket and Jones. From what you have that I’ve seen I’d think the Hok would be ideal for you. The boots they have now in waxy commander look very appealing, great leather!I am considering on purchasing my first pair of Meermin, I use Carmina in 10.5 UK in Detroit, Church's in 10.5 UK 173 and Loake in 10.5 UK in Capital last. Maybe someone can help me with size comments of the Hiro and HOK last. Thank you very much

In terms of fit (RUI vs HOK), the toebox is similar wide, but the shaft/ankle is more narrow on HOK
Any sizing advice on the soft calf loafers?
Lots of misinformation as to the Hok fitting huge, they don’t!I wear 6.5 UK in Hiro oxfords and 6 UK in HOK boots.
I went down half a size for my unlined Hiro suede loafers (6 UK) thinking it would be a better fit but I was wrong, they're too small and didn't stretch much. I should've went with 6.5 UK.
I am usually a 10D and Meermin recommended a 9UK (typical 1 size drop). I went with an 8.5UK and they seem to be a good size, but still a tad large for me for a loafer. I recommend looking at their size assistance thing, pick the last and size and measure your feet. It was very similar to those measurements.Any sizing advice on the soft calf loafers?
