Hello Meermin fans and fanatics,

I find myself in a bit of a pickle.

Just bought a pair of 11.5s on the RUI last in store in calfskin, but they sold me 47-49 shoe trees. Does the last run that large? Or did the salesman do that to stretch the calfskin? Trying to decide if I should order shoes in 11.5 or 13 in their current GMTO.

RUI does run large, but those trees seem like they'd be too big if they are for Euro size 47-49 which equates to a size 14-16 US.

Corn starch worked. Thanks again! Saved me $200. Most of it is gone. Barely noticeable. I’m going to order that saphir Omni netanyat suede shampoo. That might do the trick.
I am glad that you could save your chukkas. Omni Nettoyant suede shampoo would do a good job, but don't forget to apply some nano protector afterwards.

There is a lot of suede "renovator" color spray that you can use to add back some color to your shoes. Only use after you cleaned your shoes with the suede shampoo.

Thanks. Luckily the shoes are a chocolate brown so the stain is not in such contrast with the color of the shoe.

I am wondering if any narrow feet gents have luck with particular Meermin lasts/widths. AE Fifth Avenues in 11.5B fit like a glove.

On Meermin’s site, I don’t see any width options less than D. Those with experience, do they have anything that might align with my AE size?

Thanks!

I suggest to explore their Last Guide: maybe you can find the ones you have to look for and which ones to avoid.

yes but I almost always use their invulner as well to keep it water/stain resistant. Or any good nano spray as well

Do you think it's ok to just use Invulner or Reno spray? I really don't want to get both, but not sure which of the two is better.

Elton is the narrow last. But they only offer D width. If you really are two width smaller than a regular width, there is no chance to get anything from Meermin. Sometimes they do offer one size wider but I have never seen smaller shoes.
