My suede monks were digging into my foot just below the ankle bone. Went away as the shoes broke in (couple wears).

Can you comment on the forefoot? My feet do ok with the rain last, but am worried about an MTO on the hiro last.

I didn't realize Meermin does GMTO's (other than the ones they post on their website of course). How many people are required?

Does anyone have the Black Oxford full brogues with rubber sole? After a pair of shoes for the winter in London! Was hoping I could get some real life photos.

I think it's no difference to them. They are willing to send you a pair from their Madrid store, so I decided that they are more flexible than Carmina. Carmina has a lot in their stores but you can choose only from website variety. So I think they will make MTO if we have enough people.

I have found info that we need 6 persons.... But I am not sure. It's just from surfing net, not official info from Meermin.

    Hello gents,

Has anyone here purchased a calf belt from meermin before? If so, any comments/reviews as to its quality would be very much appreciated.

I would consider SL higher quality, but I have a nice wholecut from meermin.

Thanks. Did you get the Hiro lasted one or the newer one (Elton last I think)? Also if you're able, would be great to see current pics.

Hy guys. I just registered on styleforum and don't know much about rules on posting but long story short, i need help on getting my first boots ever and I cannot find exact info anywhere on forum. I decided that I will go with Meermin Mallorca country calf chestnut boots.

My main problem is - I never had leather shoes or boots, so I have no idea what size to pick.I also don't have any chance to get measured with brannock device. I know I wear size 42,5 EU sneakers, and that's all. I have outsole and last insole sizes for UK 8,5 and 9 UK for lenght and width, for RUI last.

Any help would be great, so thanks in advance.

P.S. Sorry for spelling or grammar mistakes

    Greetings from Croatia

Dobro dosli, Jure. 42.5 is ~9UK, but the Rui last is on the wider end of the spectrum, and I think most people size down 1/2 a step from their sneaker size. I would guess the 8.5 would work best in your case, but perhaps someone with more Rui last experience can chime in.
