For versatility you take suede. And a man needs both darker and lighter brown suede loafers so take both.

Anyone else have a problem with the sole being very curved and not comfortable? I have used mine over half a year, but it doesn't seem to get any straighter.

Dont soles normally gain some curvature just from the act of it contracting when you walk?

Hello, I want to ask some questions on size.

I have a Loake shoes (Capital Last), Size UK 7 (EUR 41).

I am considering to purchase Meermin shoes, classic collection, may be Hiro or Ofle last.

Because the size chart in Meermin website showing that, UK 7 (EUR40+).

So i should order base on UK or EUR size?

Anyone has experience on both brands? thanks

The Hiro is IMO a bit more narrow than the Capital, but fits very good after some wears even for my slightly wide feet. I have no experience with the Olfe. I would go with the UK size if the Capital fits you good.

Yeah they look pretty good :)

Yep very much agree with what cbfn said. The Hiro is slightly more narrow than the capital last. So if the capital last fits you spot on I would consider going up half a size, if you have a bit of room in the capital last then maybe get the same size in the Hiro, it does wear in well.

I've asked for clarification that the welt will be the same as the upper colour and they've still to be finished obviously.
