Best to stock up before the impending full-on SF frenzy...
the lacing is not refined...
Sticking out on right shoe because I tried them on before the photo...
Also, don't know if anyone noticed, but their site doesn't work anymore nor do their email addresses
Quote:Thanks for providing your assesment. I am in pursuit of my own.
I order the same and they shipped yesterday. I'm expecting them on Monday next week!
Suspended domain. So much traffic from styleforum that it broke the site.

Major bummer... I apologize for not reading through all the posts but how are Meermin's typically ordered? Or are they only available in brick and mortar stores?
We all know 50% of their bandwidth was probably you
I blame VRaivio for comparing Meermin favorably to Edward Green and G & G. That slight tremor we all felt at 4:00 CDT today was the collective SF nation falling out of their chairs and lunging for their computers to place orders.
I have both the Meermin LM and several pairs of EGs. The Meermin's are nice for the price, but not even in the same zip code as the EGs in terms of quality and style,
Hey Wes, just to confirm you're a 9D on the Plaza right? Can you describe your foot (I know that sounds weird). I've got a flatter, wider foot, narrow heel and low instep... I fit the 9D Plaza really well but Jose @ Meermin said I am a 8.5UK - just worried since you said the UK8s fit you well.
Yes, 9D on the Plaza. Not a particularly wide foot, but relatively low arch as well as instep. If in doubt, measure your feet and compare against the actual last measurements and recommended foot length I posted for UK8 and UK8.5 in the Hiro last. That's what I did and it turned out well.
