I've got two pairs that I'll be putting on the bay for sale if no interest here in UK6.5

They're unfortunately slightly too tight width wise for me hence selling (only received 2 weeks ago)

Worn the DM once only, the other are brand new unworn. I want 160EUR for the oxford lace and 130EUR

Will sort out photos when I can, please PM me if interested

Okay so the Rui in 6.5 UK fits me very good, but Hiro in 6.5 UK is very tight width wise. So for my next orders, do you think I should purchase 6.5 UK and stretch them, or go up to 7 UK?

Wait... a HIRO 6.5 is good in length but tight in width... and you're considering taking a bigger size of 7? Clearly the last is too snug for you. Why would you even consider buying a shoe that doesn't fit? Based on what you are writing your feet are too wide for HIRO and this is something you just need to live with and use Ruis and, if it is not too snug, Amas.

Are they really tight? My New Reys were really uncomfortable for the first couple of wears but are great now. I'd give the pair you've worn another day or two wear before selling, don't imagine it affecting resale value too much

They were ok when I first put them on but after a few hours it was getting abit painful. The last is definitely smaller than I'm used to - I'll give it another go before reselling though not sure it will make the difference I'm after if that makes sense..

For those that have classic collection calf and suede models, how much did each stretch after several wearings?

Has anyone with meermin captoes reflected on that the captoe itself is very prominent for lack of a better word? I don't yet own a pair (waiting eagerly for the museum calf MTO). On their website pics, it really looks like a think extra piece of leather has been sewn on the toe (which I know it has, but it looks so thick and obvious compared to other captoe), which puts me off.

And I really wish they would stop using Hiro and New Ray as their standard lasts. Ben or Olfe would be OK, but why not make a real chisel toe like TG73 or EG888? I would buy at least 4 pairs in a heart beat.

The customer service is top notch if you don't consider how long it takes for them to reply to emails.

I agree it can be frustrating but remember it's 3 people dealing with the deluge of mail they likely receive from SFers alone, on top of the small matter of running the company! I've emailed them about ten times this week alone. The longest its taken for reply was 4 days due to Pepe being away

i agree, luisa often responds within a day which is great. i would just love to know a rough ETA so it can at least manage my expectations.
