I'm sorry, I didn't want to come across as "trashing" Meermin - not at all. I like what they do, I like that they also do MTO, and I just like that they exist. We can debate and discuss the relative merits of different brands but it doesn't matter - at the moment, you and I both still want to buy Meermin shoes. I'm just saying that they have competition, especially at their LM price point, and as choices get wider, the customer experience can cost. They need to stop for breath, even if that means freezing new orders for a couple of weeks, and get a simple off-the-shelf e-retail and stock control system - just like some of their equally small competitors have done. That would make their lives easier, as well as minimising the risk that their customers will cheat on them with a pretty fiddleback Frenchie (other nationalities are available).
