How much can I expect to pay for return shipping back to meermin from California?

I was looking forward to posting a review of Meermin's Croc double monks, but I waited 3 months, and then the package fell off the truck on the way to DHL and Meermin had to refund me because they couldn't figure out where the shoes went! Bummer!

(Note: I own 4 pairs of Meermins already-- first time I've had a major order problem.)

Thanks. There's a little spot on the inside heel of my Copper Jumpers that's lighter than the rest of the boot. Do you think the neutral polish will help that? Any advice? I can take a picture when I'm back home.

It won't help. You need something to blend in that spot. A similar color polish to the rest of the boot.

Recent MTO italian whiskey shell. Not impressed with the quality control, upper leather is soft and noticeably wear-off after a few worn. I would not recommend their shell MTO. This pair ranks way below my 2 other RTW meermin.

Interesting as I thought the whiskey is unbearably stiff.

Maybe I should post this in the Carmina thread but I was wondering how the Uetam last compares to the Elton and Hiro last?

In 10 UK the Elton is like a glove while the hiro has a bit more space in the toes.

I can confirm it's not dainite. Double just refers to the height which is similar to double leather, very stiff.

Yeah my Meermin boots are very stiff so I wear the captoes more often even though as far as I can tell there's no QC issues with them.

The QC issues with my captoes are mainly with the right one. I had to hammer the tacks in the R heel more so I wouldn't feel them and the shank likes to creak or make noise in the right shoe.

I got them for less than 200 dollars so it doesn't seem worth paying to fix them instead of getting a new pair hoping for no QC issues.

Yes these are supposed to be throwaway shoes. They cost the same as some standard model mass produced sneakers.
