Oddly Familiar

I'm sure I've done a thread like this before, but I'm ready to try anything new. Right now I have a semi "emo-cut". Shorter sides and back, with longer bangs. My hair is dark brown, and the bangs fall to right above my nose at the longest part, and slightly below the eyebrow on the shortest part. The hair on the side of my head comes to just about mid ear length, and the back is a good length to avoid mulletness. My side burns are entirely too long and I need to shave them soon, I really like my hair, but I think it could be more. If you happen to stumble upon any pictures of a hair cut like mine, please post them. Right now it is semi clean cut, but want to go for something shaggier. A while back I was debating how short to cut everything besides the bangs but could never work up the bravery to actually cut it real short. You know what I'm talking about when I say scene kids hair, right? Well, avoid those. I don't want to be "scene". Two haircuts ago but relatively the same style: Here My hair there is quite a bit shorter, but imagine the same length on the sides and back with bangs like the ones described above.
