I've been dealing with a mild case for the last 6-8 months. Not the worst thing; I just avoid stress in specific directions.

Yes, had a bad case of it 3 years ago, had to cut the golf season short because of it (I don't golf all that much, but I beat a lot of balls). I rested it through the winter, now use a band on my forearm. It has not recurred. I was skeptical of the band, but the theory is it simply repositions the forearm muscles slightly such that less irritation occurs in the elbow.
