amirrorcracked: Buying or selling? If buying ask the seller exactly how they measured and compare. If selling, you have to put in several disclaimers.
1. Tagged sizes do not mean squat.
2. Buyer must check the actual measurements and is responsible if they do not.
3. explain precisely how you measure.
No matter what you do, you will have buyers who say:
I know my size, the sleeves are way to short on this, I know I am a 42R and this is not a 42 R... I demand a refund plus shipping both ways and an engraved apology.
...then even if your measurements are perfect and explained in great detail they will threaten a negative unless you eat $20 - $30 in listing and shipping fees.
EMPHASIZE that the buyer is expected to measure and ask questions before they bid. 90% are reasonable, 10% will not reason with you but if 500 say something good and 1 says something bad the assumption is that the 500 are wrong
