Finally tried Luca Faloni after surfing their wares online for a while. Have tried to find a few polo sweaters to round out my business casual wardrobe.

Went with their silk-cashmere blend in rust and really like it. Fits TTS (I’m a 52L and got an XL). Really nice fit and fabric, decent price, and speedy DHL shipping from Italy. Free returns too.

I think linen on linen is fine but wool/linen blends are probably more common for jackets than all linen.

I think you can mix with whatever jacket you like, outside of tweed or flannel maybe, just look for a different texture/weave from top to bottom.

Manton I think expressed some peccadilloes on patterned linen that I am not sure if had any real historical justification. The only all linen odd jacket I have is a green+brown+greyish micro gunclub, and I have no qualms wearing it with grey linen trousers. As others have mentioned, you are more likely to find wool/WSL odd jackets than all linen
