Agreed, this is terrible.

No model is very likely due to covid, but there are much better ways to showcase a product and show how it fits.

I never look at the front page of StyleForum, as I always go to my "Watched Threads" page.

So, as a result, I don't see the spam about keto diets, steroids, viagra, Sheffield kitchens or portable heaters that routinely seem to swamp the front page.

Well, he certainly has some interesting combinations, but if my jackets fit like that I'd wear a poncho instead and be done with it.

shoulder might be slightly wide, but I don't see any real offense, it's not ill fitting and he looks comfortable, that alone say a lot

edit: this is not flat robo shot, it's going to be hard to judge if shoulder is too wide anyway

Do you see where the back of the jacket bunches up in the second and third pic? None of mine do that when I'm sitting or even slouching, so that's an issue in my book.

The first two are also so drapey in the chest that there isn't even a waistline. It's possible they're cut like that to hide some girth, however.

Definitely looks comfortable, but not my idea of how the jacket should fit in the top half.

like this to me quintennial American look. I'm more biased to English but I can appreciate this. I remember waaay back in the days there use to be some SF guys that wears a lot PRL stuff (made in Corneliani days), it was never slim type but is always has some shape (probably a lot Polo II, which is also a model I like) and I always like it even though personally I'm the "all structure form fitting type"

That picture is good, I agree. Definitely his best suit in these, although the shoulders are still a bit wide - but that's an American look.

That bunching isn't supposed to happen, and it looks like the collar might be collapsing the fabric because the wider opening where the neck sits tends to do this when sitting with your arms forward like that. But again, it shouldn't do that if the suit is fit well to the shoulders.

It's American, but I'm not sure if it's as quintessential as Ivy Style, which actually looks like this, authentically:



Natural shoulder, small break, easy cut, but subtle. The oversized stuff that was coming out of college shops was a bad imitation.
