Are there any comparable OTC socks like Dapper Classic solid wool offerings? I have a few pairs of their cotton OTC and after picking up some Darn Tough socks for outdoors activity think will take the plunge on wool socks for everyday wear.

Is poplin or twill typically considered more formal for a dress shirt? I'm getting some made for work but I'm more of a SWD guy and don't really know what I'm doing

IMO, from more to less formal : poplin/broadcloth > end-on-end > twill > oxford > chambray

^In the article, Crompton says that the sleeves look like that because he put on some weight/bulked up a bit.

"The sleeve is also wrinkling rather as a result of me putting on a little bulk in the arms over time, and is tight across the top."

I'm not sure whether putting on a "little bulk" in the arms would have that twisting/large wrinkling effect in the sleeves, as the sleeves don't actually look tight.

Does anyone more knowledgeable than am I have any idea? Does that sound right?
