Please!

Something is driving me insane here that I hadn't noticed and now I'm worried it's on all my jackets.

If you could please post a photo of the back of a well fitting jacket, I would greatly appreciate it.

Look in the NSM thread... there's a pic of Ed's back.
His giant, pear-shaped head is an image forever imprinted on my mind.

You know you're getting older (and slightly fatter) when, when you move in bath, the water is pushed over the edge.

that was a bad pic of my head. It is rather beautiful.

Here is a pic of a Tom Ford suit, I think this is a great "back". Vox (the thread has to go there) posted a pic of a one piece back that Steed did for him in a gun club which looked very nice.

Yes, yes, go ahead, make your gayjokes.

As long as you post photos, it's OK.

This is a good topic actually. One I've wondered about, too.

A well fitted back would probably vary in look depending on whether there's drape or not, yeah?

The Tom Ford Back looks too clean to me. Rule of thumb: vertical ripples good, horizontal ripples bad.

But it's supposed to be clean...it's not a drape cut jacket. Or does your rule of thumb apply for all jackets regardless of cut?

You're reading me wrong. I only said vertical ripples were good whereas horizontal were bad, not that one necessarily has to have either.
