B12 and B14 for me, but it was a tough decision.

i think i did, for 3 ties (all but b12), website got a little wonky and i couldn't click through to order confirmation. I also don't see a "my account" link to check to see the status. Setup not super intuitive.

In for B10 and A13, and hoping that a hint to my better half (in the form of a direct link) results in B14 showing up as a birthday gift.

The incremental change in shipping costs strikes me as odd. 1 for 2.90, 2 for 7.71 [IMG]

i am interested to hear how many people are getting both B12 and A13. I am also interested to hear if people are only getting 1 of those two how they decided. i'll go 1st - A13 with the smaller pattern was different than the others (green and brown) and to my mind a better pattern to wear more formally, likely with a suit. Do people think the larger pattern is doable with a suit, or strictly coat and tie?

The larger pattern really isn't that large, and the low contrast and muted tone of madder dyes makes it very restrained. I would, and do, happily wear all of mine with suits as well as sports jackets.

I've long ago given up on hints, and gone all the way through checkout, so that all Jen has to do is hit "submit purchase".

The solution is to buy three :).
    It stays flat at $7.71.

One observation: I appreciate that you set out to take the most popular choices, but I'm not sure it's representative in reality - a lot of people wanted a rust tone or brown, or which there were few, and three of those autumnal shades made it. Just as a lot of people wanted a green, of which the choice was small. But because there were so many blue options, splitting the vote, blue has been excluded completely despite being overall, I think, the most desired colour range. Is there any way a popular blue choice can be added? With all this selection, having two ties the same colour with different patterns seems an unnecessary duplication. Now it's done, it's done, but would it be possible to arrange one more, maybe even a couple more?

(Apologies for the timing of this, but I did ask a couple of days ago what the final cut was going to be, with this in mind, and as some of the other colours still seemed to be in discussion, and in the sample pictures, I thought some decision to make sure the palate selection was wide, might have already been made.)

Yeah, this is true and a couple people have hinted at it already. When you poll between a large number of options, it's not necessarily the case that the ones with the highest votes are the favorites to make a palette from. Has to do with the covariance of different options vis-a-vis each other.

PS, all kidding aside abt getting three ties, I bought two when I found out they charged tax in California, heh.

Anyone have a pic of the ties (in the above colors) IRL, in a fit? I'm concerned about the small pattern. The picture Ian posted of the blue is quite nice, but it just reads,\ suit tie to me (a SC person).
