Two questions (well, two topics, each with a couple questions):

1. Does anyone have any experience with the MTM shirts offered by Greenfield at his factory? Prices range from $150-250. Thoughts? I have never bought MTM shirts before--other than cuff and collar styles, what should I be asking about?

2. I am going to buy a Loro Piana Storm System cashmere coat from Greenfield in grey (charcoal). It is 3/4 length, with covered buttons on the front (fly front?). The coat is offered with either besom or slash pockets--which would be the better choice pocket style for all-around wear (casual and dress)? Second, I have my choice of linings--any thoughts on color? Would a rust brown or sage green be too bold? Should i just stick to a dark grey/striped lining? Other color ideas?

Thanks for any advice!
