I have a brand new unhemmed pair of these high quality Martin Greenfield hand tailored flat front straight leg wool pants, in size 32R (see measurements below). I removed the tags thinking I would wear them but alas, they do not fit.

Correct measurements (ignore Gilt listing):
Inseam: 37.5" unhemmed
Waist lying flat: 16.5"
Thigh lying flat: 11"
Hem lying flat: 8.25"
Knee lying flat: 9"
Front Rise: 10.5"
Back Rise: 13.5"
