They have a bunch of Pantherella cashmere blendsocks for $14.95, and cotton ones for $4.95, there were also some PDCs for $59.95, I picked up a pair of GTO 3 years for that price, I saw another pair in 36, and a few in 33 not sure what other sizes are there though.

What's the appeal of cashmere socks? Wouldn't they wear out a lot faster?

    Dz,

Were there any basic black cotton socks as well?

I have some that are at least 90% cashmere and they're running strong after many wearings, washings and dryings. However, I always notice that my feet end up being cold after a while. I think they are so warm that they make my feet sweat and then my feet get chilled.

All the Pantherellas I've tried have been much too large, though I never put them through a wash/dry cycle to see how they end up fitting.

They are warm and comfortable, I like them quite a bit, especially since I will be in the Midwest and East Coast quite often this winter.

Yes, Pantherella had some black cotton socks.

Keep in mind that this particular store is picked over quite quickly, I went back today, and basically all the PDCs were gone.

At least your Marshallses get good stuff in the first place. I've been to two or three of them around here regularly for a couple of years and have only ever seen three pairs of PDCs, total. Their distribution system needs a serious revamp.

Yeah, I've picked up Theory and Varvatos blazers, Armani and Corneliani suits, and LP fabric stuff by Arnold Brant for cheap there. PDC, Diesel, AG, etc... are fairly commonplace as well.

I think it has to do with South Coast Plaza just across the way.
