I saw this Marni Messenger bag for about 300 dollars marked down from 900
The leather is great..extremely soft..do there bags have good construction or are they not worth the price as in 300 dollars?

The construction on Marni leather products are great - definitely worth the $300, if for the styling alone. It's not going to be as durable as a earlier John Varvatos bag, or a Jack Spade (i.e. you are not going to able to schlep 30 pounds of stuff around in them) but that's not really the point now, is it?
