I always wash my hands when I get home from work or class. They're usually fairly dirty and dusty and grungy by the end of the day, so it's refreshing to have nice, clean, spotless hands when I get home.

For at least two months now, every single day, the soap lather and runoff water has been indigo-tinged.

    Awwwwwwww yeah. [IMG]

I've found I only get indigo hand with my Eternals. How are yours coming? Pics? I'm getting the faintest of fading, which you can't really see unless I'm under intense lighting. Judging from my hands, though, they should start picking up soon.

I haven't worn my Eternals in about 2 months. I'm wearing my D'artisans.

    They're fading like mad.

I don't know how you do it. I feel guilty when I wear my pre-washed denim for more than a day or too [IMG]. Although I guess I do have a pair of dry Calis that I've been giving the cold shoulder too. I got them cheap off eBay, and I don't regret it, but man! The previous owner must have smoked like mad. I'm talking like hotboxing his apartment or something. I soaked for 15 minutes, doused them in febreeze, and then let them dry. My apartment then reeked of smoke. I febreezed them again, and tumbled dry with no heat and several dryer sheets. Repeat many, many times. I've left them outside for DAYS!!!! They now have their own drawer, so they don't contaminate my other jeans. I feel like I was at a bar all night everytime I put them on [IMG].

Huh? My d'artisans came raw. They've been washed twice now.

I kind of like the smell of old smoke. I'm not a smoker. It's weird.

No, I know they're raw. I just can't help be feel like I'm neglecting my child if I put away a pair of dry jeans for an extended period of time.

My jeans smell like smoke too (I don't smoke), bought them new, oh well. I like the smell of cigarettes but not stale smoke - I also don't smoke.

I stood around a campfire all night in my Helmut Langs. I like the smoky smell.

Campfire smoke odor is very different from that of tobacco smoke, though.

My clothes consistently smell of smoke and whiskey... Ahhh shit that was two years ago when i was still boozing and whoring. Ah well.[IMG]

Anyways, Minya. What size of SDA's did you get? I am still in the market for some 103 or the 203Rs. I wear a 30 in RRDS, 31 in LVC47, and 30 in canes.

I got a 34 in my D'artisans and Eternals. Both shrunk to about 32" after the first wash but stretched out almost 2.5". I recently washed my D'artisans for the first time (well, second I guess, counting the initial shrinkage wash) and they didn't seem to shrink as much as they first did.

    If I were you.. I'd probably get a 31 or a 32.

Between my various raw projects, my hands have been blue for about 6/7 days of the week for the past year. [IMG]

If I may quote Johninger's old avatar; I hope indigo doesn't cause cancer
