March 1st edit: Got these tailored and they still don't really work for my style. They were taken in at the waist/seat and hemmed. Measurements below are after tailoring. Added a picture to show tailoring at waist. Still just tried on, never worn out and I have the tags (with extra button).

Do you live someplace cold? Do you appreciate soft, thick, luxurious fabric? Do you embrace a more relaxed silhouette? Do you lack any fur-bearing pets? If so I have the pants for you. Margaret Howell heavy moleskin trousers. I ordered them from Margaret Howell's webshop and unfortunately they are too big. They are BNWT (just tried on), black, size medium. Probably best for ~33in waist, here are measurements:

Waist: 16.5in
Front rise: 13.75in
Inseam: 31in (with 2in to let out)
Hem: 7.75in

The fabric on these is amazing. So soft, so cozy, and seems like it will wear beautifully over time. I thought about keeping them and having them tailored but I think instead I am going to re-order a small. So I will pass these on to someone here.

Some of these pictures are of the actual pants the others are from the MH webpage for the pants. They describe them as slim, but it seems that Margaret Howell has a different definition of slim than SF. They are definitely on the more relaxed side.

I think there was only one North American stockist, Inventory, and they sold out quickly. I asked there and they are not getting a restock. So you have to order directly from MH, the price there is £175 pounds plus £25 shipping to NA. And anyway they are sold out of medium. So this is THE opportunity to get these pants. $125 (shipping to the continental US and paypal fee included). PM me for shipping quotes elsewhere.
