Anyone see Mr. Ecko on Morning Joe today?

He was looking sharp - not at all the way I would imagine him dressed. He had on a glen check SC, white tab-collar shirt, dark knit tie, and cardigan. Trad and very hip.

I would have taken him for a hoodie, jeans, and $500 sneakers type of guy...

considering he works in the fashion business (and probably has been responsible for a few trends himself), why would you be surprised?

Even if he dressed the latter, isn't that a style in its own right? It may not be your style, but it's a style nonetheless. Personally, I think people place way too much emphasis on the way one chooses to dress.

My close friend wears $200 jeans, $500 sneaks, and his $35000 Patek - people don't look at him twice......unless we pull up in his Panamera Turbo (or Aston DB9). What a shame.

I wasn't surprised that he looked well put-together, just the style that he was wearing.

And when did I ever say that jeans, hoodie, and sneakers weren't a style? You jump to conclusions and read between the lines too much...

Either way, the point is that he was looking really sharp. No more, no less.
