anyone know where to get a really nice map bag? or something maybe half the size of a normal messenger bag? ive been looking but cant really find anything. post pics if you have one yourself. and i want a leather one not a canvas one.

wow that is beautiful. but the price is a little high. im looking for maybe vintage map bags. my local army surplus never has any leather ones in.

You can get the back one from Revolve for under $300, and I think that you can even use a coupon to bring it down to close to $250. Vintage map bags are tough to come by. Before, say, 2002, they were not so hard to find, but nowadays, vintage buyers working for Ralph Lauren, Abercrombie, etc... are buying up anything remotely good. The good thing about a new bag is that you will be sure that no rot has set in, and you can treat the leather and keep it supple and moist from the beginning.

Cool idea, but I can imagine a hundred sufu kids lugging those and ruining the novelty. Cool nonetheless.

I'm going to get a messenger bag when I get one of these :p I think you might be able to toss it in there. Definitely a more stylish way to carry around your computer than most laptop cases.
