Does anybody have any information on the florentine custom maker mannina? I recall reading on another site that his bespoke shoes were very reasonably priced. What is his price range, quality of construction, and general styling of his shoes? Are there any other obscure, less internationally frequented makers in florence and rome with a price point of up to 1000 dollars? Thanks.

IIRC, they are in Florence. I have never visited the shop, but hear they are very good. That price sounds reasonable for Florence.

Hello,
I had bought a pair of double monk shoes from the mannina shop in florence 4 years ago. I had noticed the writing inside the shoe: Franceschetti per Mannina.
Does it mean that the shoe has been constructed elsewhere and instead being sold in the shop? I would appreciate some feedback.
